Gaggenau is expanding its dedicated customer service team in line with the increased retail sales of the brand. John Mattin has taken up the newly created role of national service manager for Gaggenau. John has extensive experience of customer service having worked for BSH Home Appliances for over 24 years.
With a view to increasing its exports, Armour Home has expanded its Hong Kong operation with the appointment of Ray Lu as area sales manager for the Asia Pacific Region. Ray will develop and support distributor partners, advising on Armour products' unique selling points, target consumers, sales and marketing strategy.
Freesat has announced that Bal Samra, director of BBC Vision Operations and Rights is to join the board of the subscription free satellite TV service. Bal will replace Richard Waghorn, BBC controller of distribution. Bal is responsible for Rights and Business Affairs across the BBC, leading the development, financing and implementation of the BBC's Rights and Business Affairs strategy and overseeing the relationship with external stakeholders and partners.
