The process of selecting the nominees for this year's Independent Marketing Awards has begun. The manufacturers in all sectors of the electrical industry have been asked to put forward their brands for one or more of the six awards categories, ie consumer advertising, impactful product, best training, best accessory company, best floorcare product and best personal care product - female and male.
All submissions will be considered by a panel of experts who will also agree upon the final nomination list. The nominations (with supporting statements) will be published in a Special Awards Supplement in the May 2008 edition of IER, and will be voted for by the readers of IER in May. The counting of the votes will take place in early June and the winners of the Awards will be announced on 26 June 2008 at a gala dinner held at The Hilton Hotel, Coventry.
