MIELE, has launched a 'Steam School' to help introduce the concept of cooking with a steam oven and to demonstrate the benefits of using this ancient cooking method. Steam ovens suffer from a common misconception that they can only cook fish and vegetables, when in reality a steam oven can do everything a microwave can and more, including rice, pasta, curries and puddings.
