Responding to the concerns of the independent repair companies that face an increasing burden of service provision for fast diminishing returns, DASA, the Domestic Appliance Service Association, has organised an annual conference to discuss these issues. It will be held, alongside its AGM, in the Orton Hall Hotel, Peterborough on 10 November 2011.
DASA has invited to the event manufacturers, warranty providers, spares distributors, work providers and industry suppliers to discuss the directions in which the industry is moving, demonstrate how to maximize profitability and deal with falling revenues.
Conference delegates will also have an opportunity to network and take advantage of special deals only available at the conference
Attendance is free of charge to both DASA members and non-members but since space is limited the pre-registration is mandatory. To pre-register online visit the DASA website www.dasa.org.uk.
