ActiFry features a unique hot air circulation system that can also be used to cook curries, stir fries and for stewing fruit.

Tefal has also showcased its recently launched collection of vintage-style toasters and kettles which are available in metallic red, blue, bronze and grey.

New from Krups was Creativa – an addition to the Dolce Gusto range of pod coffee machines – with automated controls that allow the user to select a programme for a desired beverage, leaving the machine to do the rest.

Krups also demonstrated its new Compact Espresseria EA8080 – one of the smallest bean-to-cup coffee machines on the market – which nevertheless retains the technical perfection and performance of its larger models.

Manifesting its leadership position in garment care, Tefal introduced a number of innovations to its steam generators and irons portfolio. Its flagship Pro Express GV8430 steam generator which is equipped with a Palladium coated soleplate that burns ‘stuck on’ fibres turning them into gas, now has 5.5 bar pressure with 120g/min continuous steam, a 1.8 litre water tank, an anti scale collector (that allows users to remove scale in seconds) and an automatic cord rewind.

The manufacturer has also introduced six new models of irons, adding useful features  such as a wide resting base for safety, a steam button underneath the handle, a wider refill slot and an Eco mode for 20% energy savings.
