De Dietrich offers cooking flexibility

The new DOS1045X compact, 36-litre oven, a new addition to the De Dietrich Compact 45 collection, is advanced and versatile. It incorporates the features of a highly specified self-cleaning multifunction oven together with three steam functions. Its benefits include 11 oven functions in Expert mode and 15 pre-programmed recipes using its Cooking Guide option.

Using the Bread option, the oven both proves and then cooks dough automatically using a single setting. There are three options to clean the oven from Intensive: 2 hours; Light: 1 hour and 45 minutes and Plus: 1 hour and 30 minutes.
