Responding to the requirements of modern living, Miele has introduced to the market its first high performance cordless vacuum cleaner. The Miele Hybrid S4812 offers both a cord and cordless option, seamlessly switching between the two power supplies.
The Miele Hybrid is powered by lithium-ion technology which has no memory recognition, meaning the battery does not drain down or lose power during storage like traditional batteries. In cordless mode, the battery will retain up to 20 minutes of cordless cleaning power. There is no need for an external charger: the AutoCharge function checks the battery’s charge levels whenever connected to the mains supply and tops up appropriately so the vacuum cleaner is always ready for use. The LED electronic indicator displays the cleaner’s charge status at any time.
Based on the design of Miele’s S4 compact range, the Hybrid S4812 conforms to rigorous hygiene standards. It is equipped with two air filters and Miele HyClean dust bags that lock in the finest of dust particles. The auto-close hygiene shutter guarantees no leakage during dust disposal. The Miele Air Flow system also means the Hybrid S4812 achieves excellent filtration throughout the entire sealed system.
Like all Miele vacuum cleaners, the Hybrid is a robust appliance built from ABS plastic, from which crash helmets are made. The Hybrid comes with a five-year guarantee.
