The new Miele DGC 5080 XL steam oven combines all the benefits of steam cooking with the functionality of a conventional oven. The functions can be used in separate mode or together for specific cooking requirements.

This combination mode is particularly suitable for roasting meat. The DGC 5080 XL’s oxygen sensor accurately measures and regulates the quantity of steam in the oven to ensure food is kept perfectly moist, and with its wireless roast probe and settings ranging from Automatic to Gourmet.

The DGC 5080 XL features a stainless steel interior surface with a PerfectClean finish with special non-stick properties for easy cleaning, and runs a soak programme for persistent or heavy soiling.
