The March 2010 edition of IER will feature the first of what is anticipated to be a bi-monthly Employment Law Column from Stuart Lawrenson of Shoosmiths. Many of you will have heard of Stuart via retra; he has spoken at retra conferences, run training sessions at their summer school and advised many retra members via their helpline. Stuart hopes that his column will keep you up to date with both changes to legislation and key cases, whilst also providing you with practical advice.
Stuart is determined to make his column as relevant as possible therefore if you have any topics or questions that you would like answering, please send them to me on aryland@datateam.co.uk and I will pass them on. Stuart won’t be able to answer every question but he promises to do his best!
