Cooking precision from Fisher & Paykel

Fisher & Paykel has added two ceramic hobs to its portfolio with a stainless steel trim and easy to use dial controls to match the range of built-in ovens.

The 60 and 90cm hobs are equipped with Hi-Light cooking zones, which maintain an even and precise cooking temperature and built-in temperature limiters to ensure that the glass does not overheat. Both models have a dual cooking zone, whilst the 90cm model also has a SuperSimmer feature, which provides a very low simmer temperature, ideal for melting chocolate or making delicate sauces.
