Glen Dimplex Home Appliances (GDHA), has appointed Rob Burton as commercial manager for range cookers across its three brands, Belling, New World and Stoves. Rob previously worked in the paper industry as a sales and marketing director.
BDC 2008 has announced two senior appointments designed to strengthen its management structure:
Eddie Seymour has been appointed sales director, responsible for the total sales activities of the business. Eddie was with the former BDC for sixteen years commencing as sales administrator before progressing to supervisor then centre manager. Subsequent promotions saw him appointed regional manager then latterly southern business manager.
Scott Thomson is appointed national business manager responsible for dealing with national accounts and buying groups. Scott started with BDC in 1987 in Scotland as independents' area sales manager. Following a period as Edinburgh centre manager, Scott took on the role of northern business manger in 2007.
