Building on the success of the Minipod – the original curvy loudspeaker – Danish company Scandyna has developed a new floorstanding design Megapod. It takes a Minipod and adds the substantial Megapod bass unit, connecting the two via an aluminium arm.

Sony's new GIGA JUKE NAS-SC500PK is a hard disk drive home audio system - like a jukebox - that allows users to create one music library from tunes scattered on different products such as PC, MP3 player, mobile phone, USB sticks, CD and even vinyl record collections.

The LG RHT497H belongs to the second generation of LG digital Freeview+ DVD recorders with built-in hard disk drive (HDD). The Philips NP2900 is a compact yet advanced wireless music player, that can stream music as well as internet radio stations.

Models in Smeg's first built-in coffee machine range fit in to a reduced height oven capacity (45cm) and boast 25 settings for customisation and a five level programmable coffee strength. The new Maximus vacuum cleaner offers swift and easy cleaning of a wide range of floors as well as soft furnishings.
