Miele's first foray into the upright vacuum cleaner market has resulted in a Which? ‘Best Buy' after just four months on the market. The Miele S7210 was rated ‘a real winner' in a recent Which? magazine report. It commended the S7210 for its swivel neck, which makes the cleaner very manoeuvrable and has the ability to lie flat-to-the-floor to vacuum under low furniture.
Miele has also launched a 10-year Miele Service Certificate (MSC), worth £30, for all Miele vacuum cleaners. Available as an optional extra, the new Service Certificate will offer customers warranty cover for ten years on all S4, S5 and S7 models of vacuum cleaners and will include the manufacturers guarantee, parts and labour as well as service collection and delivery.
Morphy Richards has introduced new Tip Technology onto the new Turbosteam and Comfigrip iron ranges. It gives consumers a powerful shot of steam for difficult to reach areas such as around shirt collars. The shot of steam at the tip of the iron is generated by having two separate chambers so steam is directed to the tip and a separate amount of steam to the rest of the soleplate.
Q Acoustics, the loudspeaker company, whose brand is distributed by Armour Home, has announced that due to adverse changes in exchange rates it revised the prices of its loudspeakers from 1 April 2009.
