Support and training for our independent customers has been the main focus in 2008 and therefore BBG have invested more time and money into this than ever before.  In the current economic climate we are passionate that retailers should maximise every opportunity available and believe that our merchandising solutions coupled with informative training will always have a positive effect.

Those dealers who have committed to our programme and followed it through have seen a significant increase in attachment rates for accessories and more importantly have enhanced their profits.

In addition to the immediate effect on sales this activity also has a longer term benefit as provides the retailer and their staff with the right skills and mindset to be successful as and when the credit crunch starts to ease.

Another initiative in the last 12 months was to create additional sales opportunities for Independent retailers either through increased awareness of the potential from existing lines, in particular screen cleaning products.
