Dyson has upped its offerings for pet owners with the introduction of a handheld which incorporates a motorised brushbar, designed to pick up pet hair quickly and easily.

Equipped with Dyson's Root Cyclone technology, the DC16 removes dirt from the air so that it doesn't clog or lose suction, says the maker.

The cordless cleaner features a rechargeable battery and offers six minutes of constant suction when fully charged, says Dyson.

A trigger bin is included for fast and hygienic bin emptying.
