DOMESTIC & General has just launched Infinity Plan, a new service plan giving electrical retailers the opportunity to offer their customers full service cover for a low monthly payment.
“Infinity Plan means customers can enjoy the immediate protection of our service plans without having to budget for the full cost of the plan at the front end of the sale,” said D&G's director of sales Taj Mian. “From a breakdown to damage caused by accidents, the customer is fully protected for the outlay of just a low monthly payment.”
Under Infinity Plan – which includes 'new for old' protection for appliances – while the customer maintains the monthly payment, the cover continues. As an example, protection for a home cinema system, costing £2,000, will be just £3.49 a month.
“Infinity Plan brings new opportunities to electrical retailers to introduce service plan cover to a wide range of customers,” stressed Taj Mian.
