CIH offers members more flexibility with twice weekly deliveries. CIH has offered its members more flexibility in the battle for sales. From the beginning of August all members have been offered twice weekly deliveries from the buying group's two central warehouses in Andover (Hampshire) and Wakefield (West Yorkshire).
Announcing the change Andy Hicks, membership sales and service manager at CIH, said: “Giving additional deliveries enables our members to offer their customers more choice. This also allows the retailer to be flexible with installations across the working week rather than having to install products on one particularly day.”
The change comes about after trials conducted in various areas since April.
