IN the ultra-modern setting of a London penthouse, Bissell launched its latest Floorcare product innovation – the cleaner that does it all. The Proheat All-Rounder is a cleaner that vacuums, washes and dries different floor surfaces.
Charles Gordon, Bissell's international marketing director, said: “The Proheat All-Rounder is the first total vacuum cleaner, developed especially for today's modern home. It is the new direction in floorcare. It's breaking the replacement cycle by addressing a real need with consumers' lives.”
The appliance is designed for deep cleaning carpets but at the same time it washes and dries hard floors – tiles, wood and even unsealed laminates. It is equipped with a powerful 2,400W engine and easy fit heads for different surfaces. The machine can be used on stairs, for upholstery and car seats. The Proheat All- Rounder is also equipped with on-board heater for optimum results for different floor surfaces and microfibre washable pads for cleaning hard floors.
The cleaner is supported by a website – www.bissellallrounder. com – an in autumn this year will be promoted in a TV advertising campaign, which Charles Gordon promised to be the biggest in the floorcare market.
